Adeline Goulet received an ANR grant to unravel molecular interactions between the winemaking bacterium Oenococcus oeni, recently-discovered oneophages, and organic compounds of the ecological niche. This is a collaborative project with Claire le Marrec (Université de Bordeaux), Marie-Pierre Chapot-Chartier (INRAE), Douwe van Sinderen and Jennifer Mahony (University Cork College).
