The CNRS bronze medal encourages scientists to pursue well-underway and successful research.

Adeline Goulet’s bronze medal

Adeline Goulet’s research

VoM 2022, about “the latest conquests on viruses of microbes”, is taking place in Guimaraes Portugal.

We are enjoying science and very good octopus!

Adeline Goulet has been invited to present her work on anti-CRISPR-Cas9 proteins.

Adeline Goulet received an ANR grant to unravel molecular interactions between the winemaking bacterium Oenococcus oeni, recently-discovered oneophages, and organic compounds of the ecological niche. This is a collaborative project with Claire le Marrec (Université de Bordeaux), Marie-Pierre Chapot-Chartier (INRAE), Douwe van Sinderen and Jennifer Mahony (University Cork College).

Our manuscript entitled “Structure and Topology Prediction of Phage Adhesion Devices Using AlphaFold2: The Case of Two Oenococcus oeni Phages“, is now online and can be accessed via the Microorganisms website.

The sixth symposium of the french PHAGE network takes place in Roscoff (Brittany). We are enjoying science and delicious “crêpes”!

We are pleased to welcome Pauline Perné, who joined the team as a Master student (ENSCBP Engineer School, Bordeaux, FR) to work with Adeline Goulet. Welcome Pauline !

We are pleased to welcome Emilie Cenraud, who joined the team as a Master student (ISBS Engineer School, Paris Est Créteil University, FR) to work with Adeline Goulet. Welcome Emilie !

We are pleased to welcome Katerina Filopoulou, who joined the team as a Master student (Master of Structural Biology and Genomics, Aix-Marseille University, FR) to work with Adeline Goulet. Welcome Katerina !

We are pleased to welcome Laura Schmitt, who joined the team as engineer to work with Adeline Goulet. Welcome Laura !
